The company is the first private limited company in Malaysia whose principal business activity is offshore asset management services. The initially Company share capital is RM5 million, total assets management of RM16.40 million and net current assets of RM 11.40 million, with the assets storage of china distilled spirits as company’s capital base (based on acquisition time cost).
